I use the Creative Zen V Plus (http://us.creative.com/products/product.asp?category=213&subcategory=214&product=15306) 4GB MP3 player for my workouts in the Gym. You can buy an arm band with a thick plastic skin for the player for sports use, which I do, and it's great.
