I was recently in the chat for "Forward Motion for Writers" and one of the other chatters listed a bunch of writer and agent LJs for me to check out. I've been writing for my own amusement for about 16 years and I am in the final stages of revising a novel that I plan on submitting. At this point, I need all the help and advice I can get. :-)
